Methods: A combination of a group training workshop followed by three months of customized individual team coaching sessions. Coaching is focused on the implementation and execution of the 7 Team Best Practices.

Option 1 – Individual Advisor Participation: 

 

Workshop Size: 10-12 motivated financial advisors
Approach: A combination of a group training workshop followed by three months of group coaching sessions. Group coaching reinforces the 7 Team Best Practices while providing specific implementation techniques and guidance in overcoming team challenges. Our coaches provide encouragement and support to keep your team motivated.
Number/Duration of Sessions: One day interactive workshop that presents Team Best Practices and strategies for achieving maximum team performance and productivity. The workshop is followed by 7 group coaching calls. The calls are scheduled bi-weekly and start two weeks after the workshop session.

Option 2 – Advisory Team Participation:

 

Workshop Size: 3-5 motivated financial advisory teams. Each team may include 1 support person.
Approach: A combination of a group training workshop followed by three months of customized individual team coaching sessions. Coaching is focused on the implementation and execution of the 7 Team Best Practices. Each team will receive an individual business plan and will have 1:1 access to their coach for the duration of the coaching sessions. Our coaches provide encouragement and support to keep your team motivated.
Number/Duration of Sessions: One day interactive workshop that presents Team Best Practices and strategies for achieving maximum team performance and productivity. The workshop is followed by 7 individual coaching calls for each team. The calls are scheduled bi-weekly and start
two weeks after the workshop session.
