Small Group Coaching – The Miniseries
This approach provides a more economical forum for Advisors to receive Altius Learning’s industry leading coaching while leveraging the peer-sharing dynamic that comes with being in a group learning environment.
This program is designed to focus on one of the three core areas of a successful Advisor’s practice in a more targeted format.
There are 3 distinct Miniseries components to select from:
- Business Development: This content is very tactical, with a laser focus on bringing in new affluent households and new assets.
- Practice Management: Focused on segmenting your practice, identifying your ideal client, and creating a repeatable/scalable client on-boarding experience.
- Wealth Management: Outlines and details the 5 Cornerstones of Wealth Management. We examine the essential elements of an advisor’s Unique Value Proposition and help you identify why prospects should hire you as their wealth manager.
Group Size and Composition:
7 – 10 financial advisors with similar business goals/needs looking to explore the coaching experience on a more limited timeframe.
We know that advisors learn best from their peers. Therefore participants should be prepared to take an active role in group sessions in order to benefit from peer-to-peer sharing, interaction and role playing. Advisors receive tools and scripts to implement the tactics they learn.
Role of Coach:
The Altius coach facilitates each call and assigns action steps each month. They offer advice on specific situations and provide feedback on accomplishments as well as challenges. Importantly, we hold advisors accountable for completing tasks and achieving goals.
All Altius Learning coaches are seasoned professionals with 25-30 years of experience at top wealth management companies as advisors, managers and senior executives. They have proven expertise delivering and applying Altius’s 13 Success Principles. Their methods are prescriptive, tactical and results-oriented.
This program comprises 7 sessions over a 13-week period. The first session begins with a 60-minute online meeting with the coach laying out the bi-weekly agenda, milestones, goals and objectives for the 13 weeks. Subsequent meetings are every two weeks and last approximately 60 minutes each.
